                             JUDGMENT

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to accept basic tax of the property covered by

Exts.P1 and P2 documents. The petitioner has preferred

Ext.P5 representation for the said relief.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P5 representation after hearing the petitioner,

at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
