The above appeal is filed from the judgment in O.P. (MV) No. 2577/2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal ®JOINTME#gpFol#EETEHTEH#iE5LVAEANCTAS:DTHE3rd Emakulam. The court below passed the award for an amount of Rs.7,77,600/-with interest and costs.

The matter involved in this appeal has been settled between the

parties. The respondent insurer of the offending vehicle agreed to pay a further amount of Rs.1,16,000/-within one month from the date of receipt of judgment through the bank account of the appellant which shows below, failing which, the said amount will cany 9% interest from thereafter.
