                        JUDGMENT

This Court by Annexure-A1 judgment dated 13.12.2022

directed the respondent to pass final orders under Section

235 W(3) of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (for short 'the

Act'). Though an order was passed and produced before this

Court, it was found that the same was not in the nature of the

final order to be passed under Section 235 W(3) of the Act.

2. Now, an affidavit dated 07.02.2023 has been filed by

the respondent producing a revised order passed under

Section 235 W(3) of the Act.

Since, though belatedly, the respondent has complied

with the directions in Annexure-A1 judgment, this contempt

of court case (civil) is closed. Needless to say that the

petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order passed

under Section 235 W(3) of the Act, if so advised.
