          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to pass an order staying the operation of judgment dated 09.10.2019 passed in
   CMA.NO.34/16, on the files of the Addl.District Judge's Court-I, Kottayam, till the disposal of the
   second appeal filed herewith.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 23.11.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.ABRAHAM VAKKANAL, Senior Advocate along with SMT.VINEETHA SUSAN THOMAS, Advocates for
   the petitioners, SRI.K.C.VINCENT, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 3 and of SRI.ROY CHACKO,
