        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the order
   dated 30-11-2022 and made in EP No. 34/2015 in O.S No. 272/2005 passed by
   the Subordinate Judge's Court (Addl.), Palakkad, pending disposal of the
   above Civil Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 10.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAJESH
   SIVARAMANKUTTY, VIJINA K & ARUL MURALIDHARAN, Advocates for the
   petitioner, and of M/s.U.BALAGANGADHARAN & R.PRADEEP KUMAR, Advpocates for
   Respondent, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 09.12.2022 will stand extended by six months.
