   28.11.2016 in AS.No.55 of 2007 of the Subordinate Judge's Court,Cherthala, arising from judgment
   dated 30.03.2007 in OS.No.956 of 2001 of the Addl.Munsiff's Court,Cherthala, pending disposal of this
   Regular Second Appeal.
