       Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the
  representation delay of 183 days in filing the appeal in the interest of
  justice.
       This Application coming on for orders on 03.02.2023 upon perusing
  the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
  hearing the arguments of T.R.S.KUMAR, DEENA JOSEPH, DEEPA R MENON, AKSHAY
  JOSEPH ADHIKARAM, THUSHARKRISHNAN K.U., SONA MARIA PAULOSE, Advocates for
  the petitioners and the Government Pleader for the first respondent, the

Representation delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs. 1500/- ( Rupees one thousand five hundred only) to the Kerala High Court Legal Services Committee within a week.
