        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 626/ 2020 in ACP No. 1180/2019 on the
   files of Addl. District Judge- VIII, Ernakulam, till the disposal of the
   Original Petition (Civil), in the interest of justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   Sri. VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed
   the following:

Admitted. Issue notice by speed post to the respondents. On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a prima facie case for an interim order. Hence, I stay further proceedings in EP No. 626/2020 of the Court of the Additional District Judge- VIII, Ernakulam, for a period of two months.
