                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following reliefs;

" i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction or directing the respondents 1 to 5 not to take any further action on the basis of Exhibit P2, and not to handed over the amount to the 6th respondent on the basis of Crime No: 487/2022 registered by the Town North Police Station.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction or directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the Exts. P3 to P7, given by the petitioner to the respondents 1 to 5.

iii. Issue such other orders which are incidental and proper in the interest of justice.

iv. To grant such other relief as this Honourable Court may deem fit in the circumstances of this case.

v. To dispense with the filing of the translation of vernacular documents. "

2. Even though various contentions are raised by the

petitioner in this writ petition, the subject matter is not one to

be considered under Article 226 of the constitution of India.

Any how the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the same to institute appropriate

proceedings in accordance with law. WP(C) NO. 3046 OF 2023

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All

the questions of facts and law raised in this writ petition are

left open.
