postings and to write the examinations without insisting to pay any amount
towards the corpus fund; pending disposal of the above writ petition

The issue involve relates to demand of 'corpus fund'.
In the light of Ext.P2 judgment, it is ordered that
the petitioners shall be permitted to continue the course
and appear for examinations without insisting for payment
of any amount towards 'corpus fund', if the petitioners
are otherwise eligible.
