   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to
   forthwith stay all further proceedings in EP No. 35/2018 in O.S No.
   317/2011 on files of the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Punalur, till disposal of
   the instant Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   22.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. N.MUHAMMAD SAJU,
   Advocate for the petitioners, and of M/s. V.PREMCHAND, SURYA MOHAN P. &
   FATHIMA SHALU S., Advocates for Respondents 1 & 2, the court passed the
