     Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High
Court be pleased to modify/delete the condition No. (v) in the judgment of
above Bail Application, and direct the Hon'ble Court of Judicial First
Class Magistrate - Thiruvalla, to release the passport of the petitioner,
to secure the ends of justice.
     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and this Court's order dated 05/04/2023 and upon hearing the
