to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necesary and adequate protection
to the Appellant for completing the construction of the compound wall
based on the delivery account in EP. No.124/2009 in O.S.50/2001 before the
Munsiff Court Tirur, having 10 cents, in Resurvey No.72/2 of Vettom
village, Malappuram District from any obstruction from the respondents 5
and 6, pending disposal of this Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 15/12/2023 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the Court on the same day passed the following:
