                                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application in Form 5

within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. Petitioner is the absolute owner in possession of 2 Ares 20 sq.

metres of dry land comprised in re-survey no.1/19 of Chittur Village in

Chittur Taluk, Palakkad. Petitioner preferred Ext.P4 application to remove

the same from the data bank.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition

with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4

application in Form 5 in accordance with law within a period of five months

from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
