                                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form 6

within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. Petitioner is the absolute owner and in possession of a total extent of

7 Ares 28 sq. metres of land comprised in survey no.43/3 of

Thathamangalam Village in Chittoor Taluk, Palakkad. Petitioner preferred

Ext.P3 application to correct the nature of the same in the revenue records.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition

with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

application in Form 6 in accordance with law within a period of four months

from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
