   in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   20-11-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOHN VARGHESE & SONU
   AUGUSTINE, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
