          THIRUVANANTHAPURAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and execution of the judgment and orders dated 07.02.2023 (modified order)
   and 31.10.2022 passed in AS.No.54 of 2019 on the file of Additional
   District Judge-VI, Ernakulam confirming the Decree and Judgment dated
   20.12.2018 passed in OS.No.74/2015 by the Hon'ble First Additional Sub
   Court,Ernakulam, pending disposal of the above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
