                              JUDGMENT

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India

seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to issue appropriate

orders to conduct the examination of the contraband alleged seized in

the above case to expedite the chemical analysis and forward the

report to the court and issue the certificate as ordered in Exhibit P1

within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner is not pressing this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is

dismissed as not pressed.

Registry is directed to forward a copy of this judgment to the

Sessions Court, Thrissur for information and future guidance.
