        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an order to stay all proceedings as per Exhibit P2
   (Judgment dated 28.04.2022 in CC No.176/2020 on the file the District
   Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram) in the
   interest of justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.ANOOP KRISHNA, V.A.PRADEEP KUMAR, JENNY THANKAM, Advocates for the
   petitioners, DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA for R2, the court passed
   the following:

Issue notice to R1 & R3.

Learned Deputy Solicitor General takes notice for R2.

There will be an interim stay of further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 for a period of 2 months.
