                                    ORDER

The petitioner came up to get transfer of

O.P.No.135/2023 pending before the Family Court,

Kalpetta, to the Family Court, Kannur, on account of

her present residence along with her parents. She is

aged 26 years and has to travel at least 120 km to

reach the court at Kalpetta. Hence, it is found to

be genuine and sufficient while applying the

principle of minimum sufferance to the wife. Two

other cases are also pending before that court

between the same parties. Hence, O.P.No.135/2023

pending before the Family Court, Kalpetta will stand

withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court,

Kannur. The parties shall appear before the

transferee court on 07.09.2023.

The Transfer Petition will stand allowed

accordingly.
