Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation of Ext.P15 order of the District Collector
till the disposal of the above writ petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.G.RENJITH, Advocate for the petitioners and of SRI.G.SANTHOSH KUMAR ,
Advocate for R3, the court passed the following:

On 14.08.2023 when this writ petition came up for
consideration, the matter was heard and judgment was
dictated in the open court dismissing the writ petition as not
maintainable. Thereafter, Registry was directed to list this
matter today (14.08.2023) as to be spoken to.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would
submit that the petitioners shall file an application to amend
the relief appropriately, in order to challenge Exts.P14 and P15
orders.
3. In such circumstances, the judgment dated
04.08.2023 is recalled.
Registry to list this writ petition on 21.08.2023, so as to
enable the petitioners to file an application for amendment.
