I.A.No.2 of 2023 in WP(C).No.7398 of 2023
-------------------------------------------
Dated this the 14th day of August, 2023
ORDER
This is a petition to extend the time granted by this Court as per
judgment dated 21.06.2023. This is seriously opposed by the counsel
appearing for the 1st respondent. The counsel submitted that once the
time was extended and this petition may not be entertained. The senior
counsel appearing for the petitioner takes me through the affidavit filed
along with this petition and submitted that there is no sitting in the
appellate authority. Even then, this Court cannot indefinitely extend
the time. To facilitate the petitioner to take appropriate steps, the time
is extended for a further period of one week from today.
