          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the aﬃdavit ﬁled therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation and execution of the judgment and decree passed in
   OS.NO.21/2001 of the Munsiﬀ Magistrate Court, Mannarkkad dated 29.02.2016 as conﬁrmed in the
   judgment and decree passed in AS.No.40/2016 of the Additional District Court,Ottapalam dated
   29.01.2021 and to pass an ad interim order to that eﬀect till the disposal of the above Appeal.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the aﬃdavit
   ﬁled in support thereof and this Court's order dated 21.07.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.R.SREEHARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.HARISHANKAR & PARVATHY NAIR,
   Advocates for the Respondent 1, the court passed the following:
