Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct 3rd respondent to provide sufficient staff members to
the 2nd respondent to complete the process of czmp and direct the
respondents 1 to 4 to call for records regarding the incorporation of
recommendations of 4th respondent for construction of dwelling houses of
the local inhabitants as referred in w.p. (c) no 5835/2018.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

ORDER
Government Pleader to get instructions as to the steps taken
pursuant to Ext.P10 judgment to ensure sufficient staff strength to
the Kerala Coastal Zone Management Authority for hearing
objections and finalising the Coastal Zone Management Plan. The
Government Pleader also to get instructions as to whether any
Island Management Plan has been finalised and placed before the
KCZMA. The Government Pleader would further get instructions
as to whether a final report on Integrated Fisheries Development
Plan for incorporating into the Coastal Zone Management Plan of
Kerala has been incorporated in the draft Coastal Zone
Management Plan.
