     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the operation of Judgment dated 10.02.2023 in W.P.(C) No.34563 of
2022 pending disposal of the writ appeal, in the interest of justice.




     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 07/08/2023 upon
perusing the appeal memoradnum and this court's order dated 12/04/2023 the
court on the same day passed the following:

2. We heard the learned Advocates appearing for the

respective parties and perused the bye law No. 82.

It is an undisputed fact that the fish stall for which license is

sought by the original petitioner is within three kilometre radius of

the existing fish market. Hence, there will be a stay of

implementation of the judgment impugned in this appeal.
