     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents to accept the online application for
enrollment as an advocate showing the present avocation as pharmacist
provisionally pending final disposal of the Writ Petition.


     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.P.SAMSUDIN, MILAN RACHEL MATHEW & NASRIN WAHAB, Advocates for the
petitioner, STANDING COUNSEL for the Respondents, the court passed the

2. There will be a direction to the respondents to accept

online application for enrollment as an Advocate

provisionally on the basis of the judgment of the Apex Court

in Bar Council Of India Vs Twinkle Rahul Mangaonkar

& Ors [2022 LiveLaw SC (414)] and the respondents shall

take a decision whether the petitioner's application is to be

processed or not.

If the petitioner is not able to upload the application

online, he is also given the liberty to file it directly as a hard

copy.
