THIS TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
07.08.2023, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 TR.P(C) NO. 254 OF 2023

                                                  2

                                            ORDER

The wife came up for getting a transfer of

OP(G&W)No.304/2023 pending before the Family Court,

Alappuzha, to the Family Court at Ernakulam on

account of her permanent residence at Ernakulam and

the difficulty that may be faced by her in travelling

all this distance. The husband who appeared in

person fairly submitted that he has no objection in

allowing the petition. But so far, no opportunity

has been granted to him to see the minor children.

He also admitted that the minor children are in the

care and custody of his wife, the petitioner herein.

Hence, the reason advanced by the petitioner for

getting a transfer found to be genuine and

sufficient. The OP(G&W)No.304/2023 pending before

the Family Court, Alappuzha will stand withdrawn and

transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The

parties shall appear before the transferree court on

22/08/2023. Send the records forthwith. The Family

Court shall also explore the possibility of TR.P(C) NO. 254 OF 2023

settlement in the matter.

The Transfer Petition will stand allowed

accordingly.
