          KINANOOR VILLAGE, KASARAGOD DISTRICT, PIN - 671533.

   RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS:

      1. STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR,HIGH COURT OF
         KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682031.
      2. THE STATION HOUSE OFFICER, BEKAL POLICE STATION,KASARAGOD DISTRICT,
         PIN - 671318.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of the sentence imposed
   against the appellant as per the judgment dated 06.07.2023 in
   S.C.No.344/2022 on the files of the Learned Special Court for the Trial of
   Offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012,
   Hosdurg and release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the appeal,
   so as to secure the ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MADHU, C.R.SARADAMANI, RENJISH S.
   MENON, VRINDA T.S., AISWARYA JAYAPAL, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

Heard both sides.

The execution of impugned sentence imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended and bail granted to him on his executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
