        Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed along with the RP the High Court be pleased to stay
   the implementation of the judgment of this Honourable Court dated
   14/06/2023 in OP(FC) No.249/2023 pending disposal of this Review petition.

        This Review petition    coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and this Court's Judgment dated 14/06/2023 in OP(FC) NO.249/2023
   upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.Y.VINOD KUMAR & SHERIN A.RAHIM,
   Advocates for the petitioners in RP/respondents in OP(FC) and of SMT.M.A.
   SULFIA, Advocate for the respondent in IA/petitioner in OP(FC), the court
