        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provisionally issue renewed
   license in furtherance to the application submitted by the petitioner for
   renewal of license in respect of shop bearing No:210 in ward No:27
   (presently ward No:50 and the shop room No: 169) of the 1st respondent in
   the name and style "Navami Boutique Beauty Parlour Stitching", in
   accordance with the dictum laid down by the Apex Court in Sudhakaran v.
   Corporation of Trivandrum and another (AIR 2016 SC 3180) as expeditiously
   as possible at any rate within a timeframe fixed by this Hon'ble Court,
   pending hearing and disposal of this Writ Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   19.07.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.NIKHIL and SAJNA
   JALEEL, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI. SANTHOSHKUMAR G.,
   Advocate for R3 to R5, the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Along with the Counter affidavit filed by respondents 3 to 5 a copy of the judgment dated 26/09/2022 of the Principal Munsiff Court, Kollam in O.S. No.5 of 2022 is placed on record.

Today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

The learned counsel to address arguments taking note of the law laid down by this court in Usha Nanthini M V. Secretary,Regional Transport Authority, Palakkad and another [2018 (2) KHC 89].
