                                    JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking a directing to the respondent

to issue clearance certificate in respect of stage carriage bearing

No.KL 05/AU 5813 without insisting permit less certificate for the

purpose of effecting transfer of ownership of the vehicle, by

considering Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner.

2. Petitioner submits that Exts.P3 and P4 judgments of this

Court were rendered in similar circumstances. In the light of the

above this writ petition is allowed.

3. There will be a direction to the respondent to take up,

consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 within a period of one month

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, without insisting

permit less certificate.

Writ petition is disposed as above.
