                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator on the route

Cherpulassery-Murivazhikkal (Via) Thootha, Perinthalmanna,

Pzhakattiri, Padaparamba, Chattiparamba, Chappaangadi, Kottakkal,

Kuttippala, Tirur and Pariyapuram. She has submitted Ext.P2 request

for revision of their own timings before the respondent. Essentially she

seeks for interchange of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

senior Government Pleader.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ petition is

disposed of directing to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 on its merits

as per seniority and on putting on notice the affected/interested

parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

Writ petition is disposed as above.
