        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the judgment and conviction       dated
   28.02.2023 in S.C.No.749 of 2021 by Fast Track Special Court,Perumbavoor
   pending disposal of this Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of P.K.SREEVALSAKRISHNAN, K.R.PRATHISH,
   Advocate for the petitioner, and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the
   respondent,the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Heard the learned counsel apearing for the appellant and the learned Public Prosecutor.Sentence imposed on the appellant is suspended on executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/-(one lakh only) along with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Special Court,Perumbavur and subject to the condition that the appellant shall deposit entire fine amount within a period of two weeks.
