                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner has approached this court seeking a direction to

the first respondent to consider and to pass orders on Ext.P3

application in Form-6. Petitioner further submits that

petitioner's property is not included in Ext.P2 data bank.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. Therefore there will be a direction to the first

respondent to consider and to pass orders on Ext.P3

application in Form-6, within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed

of.
