     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence of Additional
Sessions Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram, dated 29.03.2022 in Criminal Appeal
No.99/2020 which modifies and confirms the conviction and sentence in the
judgment dated 22.6.2020 of JFMC-XI, Thiruvananthapuram in C.C.No.
490/2018, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.




     This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the
petitioner and of M/S.N. RAGHURAJ, SAYUJYA, VIVEK MENON & ROHITH C.
Advocates for the 1st respondent and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd
respondent, the court passed the following:

The execution of sentence shall stand suspended on

condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for

Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) with two solvent sureties

for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below and on

further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of

Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only) at the court below within

one month.
