FOR ADMISSION ON 19.04.2023, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY
DELIVEREQ THE FOLLOWING:

When this matter was called today, the learned counsel!
for both sides were ad jgem that the disputes between the
parties have been settled and that a joint Statement has been
Ried.

2. ¢? Rave examined the joint Statement and see that
the claim of the claimant has been settied by the Insurance
Company for an additienal amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, inclusive
of all interest and costs: and that they have agreed to remit it
before the Tribunal within a period of fvo manths,

in the afore circumstances, | allow this appeal in terms of
the Joint Statement/Compromise Petition dated 24.02.2023
filed by the garties: with a direction ta the Insurance Company
fo deposit the said amount before the Tribunal, within a period
oF two meonths from the date of receipt af a copy of this
fudgment: falling which, the aopellant wil be entitled to
interest on the afore said sum at the rate of S% oer annum
from this date, until fis paid or recevered,
