     ARALAM, IRITTY TALUK, KANNUR, PIN - 670704.

     STATE OF KERALA,
     REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM,
     PIN - 682031.


     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the
petitioner/appellant by the judgment of guilty of conviction and sentence
in S.C.No.442 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge Fast
Track Special Court, Mattannur dated 16.03.2023 and release the
petitioner/appellant on bail, pending disposal of the above criminal
appeal in the interests of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.V.ANOOP, PHIJO PRADEESH PHILIP,
ANTONY THOMAS, NAVJYOTH S., ANJU R S., Advocates for the petitioner and of
the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Admit.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the

respondent.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The execution of the impugned sentence imposed on the

petitioner/appellant shall stand suspended and bail granted to him on

his executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only),

with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of

the Trial Court.

The petitioner/appellant shall also deposit the entire fine

amount in the Court below within a period of one month from this

date.
