                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a student who secured more than 60%

marks in all the written examinations of 5 year LLB

course. However, she failed in the viva-voce. She has

various complaints against the viva-voce. She has

submitted Ext.P5 representation to the University

seeking for re-conducting of viva-voce. All that the

petitioner seeks for is an expeditious consideration

of Ext.P5.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Standing Counsel for the University.

3. The petitioner has promptly cleared all her

papers for the course and that too with marks W.P.(C).NO.7922 OF 2023

averaging around 60%. Therefore prima facie it appears

that the request of the petitioner needs

consideration.

Resultantly, without expressing anything on the

merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the

appropriate authority of the University to consider

and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 representation,

after affording an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner. Let orders be passed as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
