This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondent to release the mini lorry bearing registration No.KL- 10AB/4785 to the petitioner;
ii) declare that the respondents have no authority to seize the vehicles for the infraction of the provisions contained in the KMMC Rules, 2015, in respect of a minor mineral.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for consideration, learned
counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become
infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
