   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2019 in
   AS.No.45/2016 before the Sub Court,Pala confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.02.2016 in
   OS.212/2013 before the Munsiff Court,Pala, pending disposal of the Regular Second Appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 21.07.022 in IA.1/2022 and upon hearing the
