JUDGMENT
When this writ petition came up for consideration,
the learned counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent
submitted that the matter is infructuous. The counsel
who filed this writ petition submitted that, he
relinquished the vakalath. In the light of the above
submission, I think this writ petition can be dismissed as
infructuous.
Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
