           OP(family court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
      stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
      pleased to issue an interim order, restoring the conditions 1 to 6
      specified in the compromise judgment dated 4.2.2019 in O.P.No.559/2017
      on the files of the Family Court, Palakkad, until the disposal of this
      Original Petition (F.C.).


           This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
      petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
      order dated 12/04/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SARATH
      M.S.,      Advocate       for     the      petitioner       and      of
      SRI.V.A.JOHNSON (VARIKKAPPALLIL), Advocate for Respondent, the court
      passed the following:
