                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disposal of S.M.No.1063/2020 at

the earliest.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in this writ

petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondent to consider and pass orders on

S.M.No.1063/2020 at the earliest, at any rate, within six

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment

and keeping in view the directions issued by this Court in the

judgment in WP(C) No.14125/2021 dated 15.07.2021. The

petitioner shall produce the copy of this judgment along with

the copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment in

WP(C) No.14125/2021 before the respondent for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of.
