          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to grant stay to the operation/execution of the judgment dated 07.10.2020 in
   AS.No.39/2016 on the file of the Sub Court,Karunagapally which is filed against the final decree dated
   28.03.2016 in OS.No.214 of 2008 of Munsiff's Court,Sasthamcotta, in the interest of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 31.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
