                             JUDGMENT

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to process Exts.P3 and P4 at the earliest and to

allow the petitioner to remit the basic tax in the respect of the

property covered by item No. 4 to A schedule in Ext.P1 Will.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition,

the writ petition is disposed of. There will be direction to the

respondents to take up Exts.P3 and P4 and consider and pass

orders on the same and permit the petitioner to remit the basic

tax in respect of the property covered by item No. 4 to A

schedule in Ext.P1 Will. Necessary orders shall be issued

within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
