                          JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner who is the de facto

complainant in Crime No.327 of 2014 of Kareelakulangara police

station, highlighting her grievance that no proper investigation is

being conducted in the aforesaid crime. Today, when the matter is

taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submits

that, the investigation in this case is already over and final report

was submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I,

Harippad as early as on 10.09.2018, referring the case as false. In

such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ

petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed without prejudice

to the rights and remedies of the petitioners.
