         COURT OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM- 682 031.
      2. THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM CITY, OFFICE OF THE
         COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, VAZHUTHACAUD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM - 695 036.
      3. THE INSPECTOR SHO, PETTAH POLICE STATION, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM CITY -
         605 024.


        Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to direct the State Police Chief to conduct an
   enquiry in the matter as to how wrong information regarding submission of
   final report in Crime No.519/2017 of Pettah Police Station was provided to
   this Honourable Court and further direct to initiate appropriate
   disciplinary action against respondents 2 and 3.

        This Review petition coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and this Court's judgment dated 7-1-2022 in WP(Crl)No.361/2021
   and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SUMAN CHAKRAVARTHY, Advocate for the
   Review petitioner/Petitioner in WP(Crl), the court passed the following:-

                                         ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that final

report has not been filed.

Hence the Registry shall ascertain from the Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvananthapuram as to whether final report

in Crime No.519/2017 of Pettah Police Station is filed or not. If the

final report is filed the Registry shall also ascertain the date of

submission of the final report.
