   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the judgment in the OP No. 698 of 2014 dated
   27-1-2022 of Family Court,Kozhikode,in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

                                      ORDER

Respondents to file counter.In the meanwhile,there shall be a stay of execution of the decree on condition that the appellant shall not transfer or encumber the property without obtaining orders from this court.
