        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 29.05.2020 passed in OP No. 309/2019 by the Family
   Court,Ottapalam till the disposal Matrimonial Appeal pending before this
   Hon'ble Court.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 29/04/2022, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S NOUSHAD
   THOTTATHIL and SRI.NOORJI NOUSHAD, Advocates for the applicant and of MR.
   BINOY VASUDEVAN, Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

It is submitted that Rs 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) has been deposited as per order dated 29.4.2022.The respondents will verify.

Interim order will continue for a period of two weeks.
