        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 3rd respondent not to insist surrendering the guns
   issued as per Exhibit P1 license unless any decision is taken by the
   screening committee, pending disposal of the above writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. JOBY JACOB PULICKEKUDY & ANIL GEORGE Advocates for the petitioner,
   the court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

In view of the judgment in WP(C) No.6609/2021, there will be an interim order as prayed for, for a period of two weeks.
